I took a quick look at Ice Rock Mining. Stay out of it, it looks like a ponzi scheme. (the new users pay for the previous ones and it stops one day with all money gone, typical pyramid scheme). You need to know that the cost of mining for 1 BTC is 5 k USD (in USA), so giving away 20% profit just like that is unreal. It's a scam.
