What lead me to crypto currency ?
I wanted to understand money, which lead me to pursuing media & art so ... In #2009 I started began a radio show called the Sophisticated Hyphy show, part of that show had a segment I called "Give evil a hug" I would use that time to rant about whatever I felt upset me, and money, banking system, scarcity always made the top of the list,then in #2010 I began hosting Turnt up Tuesday and weekly music showcase party w/

At the same time the Occupy Wall Street movement happened, and a camp materialized in downtown Oakland, I would leave the club and go to the camp at 2am and post till 6am in the media ⛺️, after a while I became a spokesman and started to be of the news regularly, I felt addressing bank and pulling pressure of the system was important after the #2008 crash, Occupy was the physical manifestation of my rants in give evil a hug,after the chaos subsided I continued to fight banks by helping to organize the "Save Liberty Hall" campaign which raised 375,000 to save Liberty Hall a national historic landmark from Shitty Bank oops Citi Bank foreclosure. After, that tough win for the community, I learned a lot about why Oakland is corrupt, and also saw how accomplishments are erased , once again using my anger as a motivation. I decided to run for mayor of Oakland in #2014 as a countermeasure to preserve the #2011 history of Occupy Oakland encampment and to create point of reference that could not be easily erased. I discovered #bitcoin thru being involved in Occupy Oakland,Mevin, from the infamous Occupy the Mob tent which spinned off into the O.O.T.A.C ( Occupy Oakland tactical action committee) told me about #bitcoin in early #2013 I bought my first coins in May of that year.Ever since then I have been living in profit not poverty. I see #bitcoin & crypto currency as a way to build wealth and rebuild community. My mission is the inform the people that we have options and can win, all we gotta do is "Give evil a hug"
My goals for Steem it and all platforms that support its blockchain is too create consistent content at the highest quality.
