Sometimes when observing everyday human malice its easy to go short on our kind. "Them humans suck!" But then you run into something as well crafted and even communally maintained as Steemit and it just brings you back to life! Humans lie, they cheat, some even leave the toilet seat up! These things stick out, so they make us think that homo sapiens are fundamentally flawed and destined for disaster.. But community based initiatives (like steemit.com check it out) show that humans together can create wonders. As a whole we're destined for growth and prosperity.
Somehow people forget that beautiful truth and live their entire lives scared, letting their minds be filled with hate by a media which highlights pain and suffering while offering no solutions. The good news is that as a community we can change this. Steemit can help the world relearn just how amazing our existence is!
