I'm regularly going to the gym for years now. Recently, I moved to the UK where I checked out a couple of gyms before subscribing to my present one. What was striking in all gyms that I tested was to see the numerous ladies that are into powerlifting. I didn't notice this before in other countries, must be something that has come into fashion lately. But I can tell, you ladies are strong and you have my highest respect.

Not quite sure though if the baking is good for your performance...
