Hi, I'm Dr Dan Shakespeare from Valley Rising Chiropractic (NSW, Australia).
I'm as Aussie chiropractor, husband to my beautiful wife (Amy), and father to two princesses (Macey May - 5 years old, and India Belle - 2 years old).
I'm passionate about changing the healthcare landscape in Australia, and the world, as I believe a lot of what passes as 'treatment' these days is just a money making venture designed to keep people numb whilst they grow ever sicker.
Chiropractic assisted me in elevating my health and, soon after starting care, I fell in love with its history and philosophy... trading in a well paying job in finance to pursue 5 years of full time student life (and poverty). I commuted 6hrs a day for the duration of my studies, all the while focussed on the goal of helping and empowering others to take control over their own health and healing.
