Hi Everyone!
My name is Monika and I am a dog photographer and a founder of www.dogimage.pl .
For several years I am happy owner of lovely German Shepard dog named Nela. Although we usually say that we „own” a pet I consider her being full member of our family. Thanks to her I have started to discover that photographing dogs is my greatest passion.
Art of photography has been accompanying me for many years but I was rather focused on portraits of people and landscapes. When Nela and long walks with her appeared in my home, they settled for good in everyday routine. I directed my camera lens shots more and more often towards this wonderful puppy. I was capturing her growing up with the greatest joy during together everyday walks.
Some time later more and more frisky dogs joined these outdoor sessions, each one unique and each beautiful. Dogs are the best humans friends, I have experienced this on my own skin many times, when Nela saved me from several oppressions. There was no room for depression, or closing up with my problems at home. It is a wonderful friendship with full of empathy and faithfulness. I wish everyone of you such good companion in your life. My dog photography begin to evolve, when more orders appeared with a time. I have decided to share my photos on FB fanpage and later on full website www.dogimage.pl . Dogs are members of our families, that’s is why I recommend everyone to take a picture of them. For me it is a time freeze, a snap of memory which allow me to keep her forever…
I wish you to look at yourself as your dog see you even once. We are always exceptional for them. Dogs don’t judge. They love and accept.
I really enjoy the time when I take my backpack and take all photography stuff, beloved toys and snacks of my models and we go on a fun trip filled with adventures. Lakes, meadows, forests or even mountains are all we need!
I know, from my experience, that such a sessions should be satisfying from both sides of the camera. Each of our emotion can be easily sensed by a dog the most important is to be peaceful and have fun. My head has been already flourished with more and more travel plans to visit interesting places and get to know the greatest number of dogs and interesting people.
