I've finally broken my hesitation to post within this awesome community.
I am Dollarian and I am excited to share my skills, interests, and talents with people from around the world.
I am a jack of all trades. I was an Electrician Apprentice for over four years, a cook for five years, and a coffee professional for the last three years. I have competed all over the United States in Latte Art competitions. I recently won an alternative milk challenge in Chicago. Root for me this October in Portland for Coffee Fest! Here are some sweet pics of pours I've done over the last few days.
I also draw, sketch, and paint in my spare time. I have a keen interest in technology and I love challenging myself with making modern applications and helping friends and family with websites. Crypto is my honey.
Even though I haven't cooked in a restaurant in many years I am still an avid home cook and I hope to show my dishes and recipes and get feedback from people of different cultures.
