Let’s play a game!
I’m Julius and my passion is research. I have a Ph.D. in Medicinal Organic Chemistry. My dissertation research was on “Synthesis of Aza-heterocyclic monoamidines as potential DNA minor groove binders, anti-trypanosomals, and boron neutron capture therapy agents.” I also do dream analysis / interpretation along with tarot / oracle card readings. I have experience in quality control, R&D, teaching, and as an executive director of a nonprofit. I also love crystals and DNA! #followthewhiterabbit #aliceinwonderland
Whew!... Now that the main stuff is out of the way, here’s the meat and potatoes: what’s going on in my life. I haven’t really had a platform to follow my passion and I now I think I’ve found it. I’m going to try to document it for everyone, but I’m new to the whole taking videos of yourself thing – I barely even do selfies.
The beginning of chapter 2018 starts off with me living in a room in a friend’s place with low income and still trying to find out what it is my life that keeps me in poverty. Oh and by the way, I have a web based reality show that I’ve convinced my friends to film with me and currently, I don’t have a means to support it. Talk about a hero’s journey here. All I know is that I’m supposed to film this show; so we will see how the universe makes this happen. I’m going to use Steemit to talk about the process of making my reality show, my research into cryptocurrency, my scientific research, my experience with Steemit, spirituality and metaphysics, and maybe even vent about my love life.
I’m about to dive in deep into cryptocurrency. I initially heard about Bitcoin and the blockchain in grad school. I could see the potential in bitcoin, but I thought it wouldn’t fully manifest for years. I also didn’t see the value in expending my resources towards mining. I needed my computing power for school. I was more interested in blockchain technology. But the vicissitudes of life prevented me from giving it my full attention. Flash forward nearly 7 years later and the entire crypto world has transformed. I figure I might as well make my contribution. I guess that will be my thing on STEEM. But as I get more comfortable spilling the T, who knows what else I may let slip out of the box. There’s so much in the crypto world to explore now. Trading, investment, exchange, loans, ICO’s… I feel like I must relearn economics, computer programming, and wealth management all at the same time to catch up. I plan on launching several ICO’s. Let’s see how this goes!
My Mysterious Side
I also do dream analysis/interpretation and tarot/oracle card readings. I’ve always been a lucid dreamer and I love exploring this realm of existence. I got into tarot/oracle cards around 2012 when I began my deep journey down the rabbit hole of metaphysics. I have a unique relationship with all my decks and they always speak truth, even if you don’t understand it at the time. I usually only do readings for my friends, but since I’m trying to do this whole follow your passion for abundance thing, I'm opening up to doing this for others.
My Artistic Side
I love music. If a song is good, I’ll like. I’ve been writing songs since I was 11. The highlight was when the Morehouse College Glee Club recorded my arrangement of James Furman “Hehlehlooyuh” in 2003. I love music theory and I’m looking to dive deeper into it. It’s a delicate science. I know many successful (in my eyes) musicians and sometimes I can’t believe how far people have come. It’s amazing!
My Spiritual Side
Let’s just say I’ve been through a lot. If I had to be honest – and since the energy hitting Earth now is activating our Throat Chakras which is associated with truth – I have a lot of Spiritual gifts. I’m not more gifted than the other because we all have Spiritual gifts. I have really learned to come more in touch with my intuitive side and that has really been helping to navigate life, but it can also be a little bit of a ride. Becoming conscious of my gifts has been a bit of an exercise, but I enjoy uncovering them.
My Metaphysical Side
As a scientist, I approached metaphysics with a speculative eye; however, I was very open during my initial research into this area. I just took in information and made no judgments. Initially, I was able to connect dots not only in the metaphysical side but also on in and to the science side. On top of that, I’ve always loved crystals since birth. It’s part of the reason why I love Superman. Crystals carry a lot of ancient energy and are a lot more than we think. And yes, I believe in extra- and intra-terrestrials, electric holographic universe, dimensions, densities, entities, Atlantis, Lemuria, cosmic consciousness, Secret Space Program, and world government secrets. So how deep down the rabbit hole do you want to go with me? I’m willing if you are.
