Greetings, everyone.
Today is Sunday and all I've done today is slack. However, now that it's getting late and I should be resting, I am experiencing a bout of inspiration. It's been a few weeks since I've claimed this steemit account. Gotta say, all seems quite bewildering and primitive. I like that. There's lots of room for improvement and innovation, and as far as I can tell the incentive structures are finally aligned with users' interests.
About 2 years ago I was kicked off facebook for not using my real name. They demanded I send them a scan of my ID. So screw them, I thought to myself. Haven't missed it on the whole, but I do miss the interaction and in particular not knowing what kind of news I will be getting. Surrounding myself with smart people has become a challenge, although getting kicked off facebook also meant I no longer have to indulge stupidity nearly as much.
So here I am, eager to be surprised by amazing stories and to share my thoughts with interesting people.
Currently I am exploring the possibilities of using my knowledge about Bitcoin for part-time work: I intend to hold seminars for people who are too lazy to do all the research themselves.
A bit of background: I work as a precious metals sales manager. Philosophically I'm an atheist, a libertarian and subscribe to the Austrian school of economics. The reason I chose this name-Dragnipur-is because I think it so aptly describes the state of human affairs in this day and age.
I'm looking forward to engaging with you all!
ps: Any marxists out here? I would love to hear the argument.
