My first post here and I would like to re-introduce myself a bit. I’m an average middle aged guy living in Cleveland Ohio. I’m doing everything I can to keep up with the rapidly increasing technology that’s surrounds me. I say re-introduce, because I have had another Steemit account for a few months now. I didn’t post the ceremonial intro picture there, so I did it here. I don’t really have any specific area of interest. I like all 31 flavors! If you know what I mean. But I identify with do it yourselfers. Most of all I like the freeing ideas that decentralization has to offer. I believe in giving credit where credit is do. To that end, thanks to
for his post “How To Create An Account Via BlockTrades“. You see, I had self imposed a feeling of a guest who was wearing out his welcome, on my first Steem account,
. I had initially intended to write about my homeautomation project. But I went off target a bit by posting things unrelated to that. I believe that anyone kind enough to follow me there shouldn’t have their feed hit with my unrelated posts. Thus the need to separate one from the other. So I learned from Scott’s post exactly how to do it. As for giving do credit, a big thank you shoutout to
for his post “An Efficient Way To Buy Steem - 7 Simple Steps “. Dave gives the details of how to buy Steem to get more SP, or in my case, to purchase a second account. I’ve dabbled in crypto for nearly a year now, which made it a little easier for me to work through the first few steps of the buying process. I must add that with out Daves input, which I’m sure he’ll humbly acknowledge wouldn’t have been possible without the help of others, I could have never figured it out. But anyone who can follow directions can now do this. Thanks Dave.
Now that I’ve got this together, I plan to meticulously go through “followers” and “following” and make sure I’ve got everyone in the right spot.
