We all know that a car requires spark plugs for it's engine to start, somewhere around 6.
I wonder what would happen if we used only 1 or 2, expecting the car to drive perfectly fine?
Not taught in school, hidden from our eyes and ears, and even MD's have only maybe 2hrs of education on- is the subject of Minerals in the body.
Human, Animal, and Plant REQUIRE minerals in a bioavailable state as the sparks of every biological process that exists.
How many you may ask... 70-102 minerals and Trace minerals (key word: Trace).
More than 130 years ago we used to receive all the minerals we needed from our food and water.
Today, due to chemical dumping, modern agriculture, building of dams, the use of electricity, till farming, GMO's, chemical fertilizers and herbicides, and plain ignorance... our soils have only 4-18 minerals (18 being the highest quality organic).
A biological system requiring 70-102 minerals, operating only on 4-18 at best in the past 120 yrs or so- can one expect it to operate efficiently? Dis-ease free? Can we expect it to maximize it's potential? Can we expect to have nutritious crops with strong roots? And how about "modern day disease"? Do you know that diabetes, cancer, heart conditions, dermatitis, etc all begun around the industrial revolution, upon mineral depletion from the soil?
I suggest to think again.... There is much more that meets the eye...
