So a friend told me about Steemit and got me quite so interested.
I'm a world traveler and whats most important to me is to stay healthy and to be happy to live in the present every moment of everyday. Breakfast is (like many of you already know) the most important and also the beginning of everyday.
I would like to share with you all how I've decided to begin my everyday breakfast routine and a few benefits.
Oatmeal - Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
Cinnamon - Cinnamon is loaded with powerful antioxidants. It helps the body fight infections and repair tissue damage.
Ground Ginger - Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional/alternative medicine. It has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold.
Chia seeds - Chia seeds shine is in their high amount of antioxidants and contains a decent amount of protein.
Dried Apricot - Dried apricots help to treat the digestive tract by acting as a mild laxative to flush out the unwanted wastes. They also contain nutrients like Vitamin A which is required for good vision.
Dried Dates - Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals, energy, sugar, and fiber. It also contains calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and zinc.
Banana - Bananas contain a fair amount of fiber, Improves digestive health and contains powerful antioxidants.
Thinly sliced almonds - Almonds are a fantastic source of antioxidants and are very high in vitamin E.
Coconut Flakes - Eat in moderation - Mainly for taste but good source of minerals.
Plus it's super delicious!
