Hello fellow Steemians!
My name is Elliot and as the title suggests Iβm a newbie to Steemit and after lurking in the dark for a few weeks I thought it was time for an Introduction and a little bit about myself. Iβm still getting to grips with how Steemit works but from what Iβve seen this is truly an awesome and growing community that I'm really excited to watch grow even bigger!
So... A proper Introduction π - Iβm a big big fan of Formula One and go by @ElliotHorwoodF1 on Twitter π. Iβve been watching Formula One since early 2007 and really got into watching the sport after attending my first F1 race in 2008 where I saw Lewis Hamilton win the British Grand Prix for the first time. Since then I became totally obsessed with the sport and over the years have been lucky enough to attend 13 races trackside and plan to attend many more in the future. The picture below is one I took just last week at the British Grand Prix where Lewis Hamilton won at the track for a fifth time! Equalling a record set by Jim Clark and Alain Prost. πππππ
So thatβs a little bit about me but why am I here? Well I got introduced to the world of cryptocurrencies by one of my friends who convinced me that cryptocurrencies will only get bigger and after doing some of my own research decided to buy my first fraction of a bitcoin which has now been spread amongst a few coins to get me started in the cryptocurrency world. π°
You may notice Iβm only following one person at the minute and that is my friend that introduced me to Steemit and cryptocurrencies, Iβd love to follow more people so any suggestions on top accounts to follow based on what I enjoy in the comments section would be much appreciated.
Iβm hoping to start posting about all things F1 and try and share my love of the sport with you all but may post about anything I find mildly interesting or exciting. So watch this space.
Cheers Guys,
Elliot! π
Oh... I almost forgot to do a verification photo. So here is my mug shot for you all to laugh at. ENJOY and speak with you all in the comments! ππ
