Introducing one girl who is trying to live her dream

My name is Lucie; I am 24 years old a full-time traveler, photographer, and Social Media Specialist. I am also non-native English speaker originally from the small country in the heart of Europe. I don't know much about crypto currencies and block chains, but I love to read, write and share quality content.
One year ago, I started living my dream.
I loved traveling since I was a little girl and I always had this dream that I would become a journalist, and I will get paid for traveling. It didn't happen. But I had found my way to work and travel.
I thought I could save the world in no time
I was 20 when I enrolled at the university to pursue my journalism career. However after my first year, when I successfully got my first internship, my father was struggling with his life. He left his well-paid job, he established new company but was robbed by his partner, and he had to start again. He established a new business but in a very new field. In nanotechnology. I was young, and I thought I can save the world in no time, so I decided to help him with marketing.
I knew nothing, but I was willing to learn
We didn't know anything about nanotechnology. I knew nothing about marketing. Anyway, I left my internship and started working for our business. I had to learn how to take product pictures, how to edit them, how to make posters, catalogs, adds. How to set up social media accounts and how to manage them.
My crappy work was pushing me to try harder
We didn't have money to have other employers. I was working for free as well as my father. And at first most of my work looked like crap. I was trying to push myself to do better and better job. I was reading everything I could and trying. Over the years we built nanoSPACE who is the only producer in the world of allergy-free beddings made from nanofibers, and I've learned a lot which allows me today to travel the world and work from my laptop.
My contribution to Steemit community
Today I am focusing mostly on social media. As social media editor for a few clients, I am able to work and travel the world. I am also a passionate photographer, and I love writing about social media and traveling. I am also passionate hiker so you might see tons of pictures from places where the only way to get there is to walk for few hours. I am traveling with my boyfriend 
Why did I join the Steemit community?
I studied journalism. That means 1) I always enjoyed quality over quantity. And in this world, it's getting hard to find it. 2) I love to learn. There are so many inspiring people I can learn from. 3) I enjoy trying new things.
