Hello Everyone,
In the last 3 years I have contributed to the youtube community by sharing what I have done to change my life in order to navigate the coming global geopolitical, economic and climate changes that we are currently experiencing. As as engineer I approach my own world as a set of "Systems" and evaluate them based on this one question, "If I had to go to my home and NOT leave for -6 months- 12 months- 18 months- WOULD I be ok?" and then applying that question to every aspect of my world.
This is a tough question and scary too if you start to realize just how dependent we all are on the "System" or the "Matrix"
Since everything is "Energy" and what we are dealing with globally is an "Energy Crisis", My focus was to look at were my "Energy sources" and find ways to ensure that I had as much control over them as possible.
I was a Civil Engineer/Surveyor for nearly 25 years and in 2008 I got the wake up call when the global economic bubble popped. I made many changes as my "Awakening" began. I relocated away for the populated areas to northwest Montana. I re-educated myself into the "Alternative Energy Field" (mainly Solar) and created my own "Solar Company" and began installing systems in 2011.
Very quickly I learned just how corrupt the business "System" is and was dismayed. I decided to just start helping people with everything I could in every way I could. While continuing to re-evaluate everything I knew about my own "Systems".
So, to summarize, I have learned that there are 3 main sources of energy that are truly independent and generally available.
The first;
You/me ... human power, That means what I can DO! What you can DO! or the physical creation of people.
This is the most important and where I have focused most of my sharing. Building of "Skill sets"
Second;
Solar, since we live in a electrical technological world(and it makes our life easier) to keep these things working, I would need a source for that power. Yes there is wind and hydro and others but as long as the sun is shining, that is an abundant source.
Third;
Wood, because we need a source of "heat" that is in most cases, readily available and is natures way of storing energy that the average person can utilize. (unlike petroleum products that you depend on the corps to provide)
Thus I began a journey to become independent in each of these categories.
I also present observation and commentary on the global economic and geopolitical to share and learn about our ever changing world.
I will be using a few main categories to classify my posts and they are "Homesteading skill sets", "Off Grid Systems", and "Organic Health"
Please join me in our journey together here on Steemit as I share the steps I have taken in each of these areas.
