Hello, I'm Eudin, and I am a personal trainer. I've been working out for over 10 years. It's my lifestyle. I also help people achieve their transformational body with my own process which I call functional training.
I focus on the harmony of the body, which means reaching an equilibrium point where people feel good with their looks. My experiences tells me that people want to have a balanced body shape without looking too much bulged, so to speak. And that's the perfect stage.
We all need to be in good shape, and develop our physical condition. That brings us good health and definately help our self-steem.
Waking up vibrant
That's the feeling I want all my students to have when they get up in the morning. When you are in good shape and have a nutrional balance, your body manifests it.
Your abilities will also get tune up and your thinking process speeds up. I think that all people have to take a little of their time to care for their physical condition. Our body is our car. And we use that car on a daily basis because we go out to work, to do errands, to take our children to school and even to have fun.
And as time goes by, our body decays. And we have to keep it going on, fresh and running.
