I am a Reiki Master and I dedicate to publish stuff about the science of energy medicine and the healing process.
Energy medicine is one of Humanity's jewels, one of those that are still partly hidden from us, waiting to be fully acknowledged and integrated.
There are many scientific studies that, overall, infer the vital importance of the electromagnetic human field, also known as biofield.
Besides energy medicine, there is also a great role of consciousness in this and any other phenomena. I think that in consciousness starts everything, and without it, there is nothing. The healing phenomena have a deep and strong connection towards consciousness.
Where Meditation is the practice, studying the nature of Consciousness might be the Theory.
I will write a lot about Reiki because it happens that it is the Biofield Therapy that I know most of, and the only one that I currently practice, but I also write stuff like acupuncture, electric and magnetic properties of the body, qi gong, and related themes.
I have realized that many people like practical facts instead of scientific facts, so I also write about the current situation of Reiki in Hospitals around the world, and which medical specialties are leading among Integrative Medicine.
