Hi All.
It is quite common for a new writer to make a post like this introducing themselves, so now that I am part of this community on Steemit, I'll follow suit.
Writing has been something that I thoroughly enjoy and I believe that it is a good way to express how I feel. So, that is what this profile on Steemit will cover, the way I think and the opinions I hold. You may find my way of thinking to be strange, completely normal, or both, so if you decide to stick around you'll get the best of both worlds.
So, with that being said, I want to cover briefly the topics I'll start writing about very soon. These topics aren't the be all end all, I'll probably expand my topic range to cover more things, but the topics below will be the starting point for my writing.
Topic Selection
Psychology
I am a lover of psychology, and part of that love comes from analysing things. Expect quite a lot of posts on the psychology of things, it is a topic that I enjoy and find genuinely intriguing.
Politics
I know that politics can be divisive, but I do want to cover some political topics when it is something important. A lot of my opinions are political opinions, so not including politics on my profile here would mean that I am limiting myself. I'm not sure how much I'll write that is political, it could be a lot, it could be very little, but I think it's important to include.
Religion
The last topic currently is religion, I want to talk about the things that I believe, or not believe. Likewise with the political topic, I'm not sure how much I'll write about religion either, it could be a lot or a little, but not including this topic would also limit myself.
What I'm interested in
I thought as part of this post, I would include the things I'm interested in. I love music, I like to listen to music as well as the fact that I sing and I can play piano. My favourite song to play is "Haven't Met You Yet" by Michael Buble, it is such a nice song and my voice suits the song well. I'll leave a link to it down below if you haven't heard the song before.
I love to analyse things, you might say that I like to explore the depths of the water rather than just see the water's surface. That is the main reason why I like psychology, it is all about mental processes and behaviour, which I find so interesting and it is something which I aim to share with anyone who'll listen.
I love to exercise, so I play squash as a sport. It is a fast sport, easy to get injured, but is a lot of fun to play and even watch! Part of that is being fit and having a lot of endurance.
Summation
That's about it really, expect a new post within the next few days. I hope you'll stick with me as I begin this journey of writing, expressing my worldview and perspective.
See you around.
