- We will focus on learning as we go. No process will be intransigent or product sacrosanct.
- Users’ needs and wants, from our own employees and partners, to all of our customers, will drive us bottom to top, top to bottom.
- We will not release a product before we want to use it every chance we get, ourselves. That is the definition of Minimum Viable Product to us.
