Wow, writing this introduction has been the hardest thing I’ve done in a while. A good first impression is priceless right? So here it goes…
My name is Rockin’ Duane and I’ll be the one commenting and creating written content on Steemit for this profile. I'm not new, I've been on SteemIt for a week now, so "hello" to those I’ve already met via the comments. To the rest of you, I look forward to getting to know you very soon.
I’m not alone in the Full Tilt Crypto adventure. Our videos are created and voiced by TC, the technical analyst and crypto commentator. As I’ll always be available on Steemit for questions and comments I wanted to drop in some juicy info about TC that you may find interesting (I did anyway):
- He started podcasting (before podcasting was podcasting) in March of 1998 with a show called the Daily Dementia. The show had regular guests including Geoff Keighley, Tim from MajorGeeks.com, and devs like Scott Miller, Cliff Bleszinski and hundreds more.
- He has interviewed Mark Hamill, Stevie Nicks and other celebrities on other podcasts he did in the early 2000’s.
- He developed a game that caused Michael Jackson (yes, the Michael Jackson) to call him in a news article “one of the worst people in the world”. If you ask in the comments I’ll tell you what he did.
- TC helped develop Gold Miner, a classic PC game which sold hundreds of thousands of units during the early 2000’s.
- And most importantly, TC can rock a perm!!
So what is Full Tilt Crypto?
Think of it as our attempt to get on-board the crypto freight train. Our goal is to build a portfolio of cryptocurrency, with each mistake, purchase, and effort to research this 24/7 market charted and discussed until we’re driving lambo’s or, more likely homeless.
We love Steemit as it’s a never ending stream of crypto information. We know we can learn from others on the platform and hopefully as we grow you'll be able to experience cryptocurrency through Full Tilt Crypto’s broken dreams hehe. What content will we be doing?
Our content is going to evolve based on how you guys respond. Right now we’re doing simplified coin and technology profiles, vlogs about technical analysis and will likely be doing rankings over the coming weeks.
We may take a peek into the realm of crypto news, opinion and theory so please check back and let us know how to improve because without your feedback we’ll definitely end up crying over our keyboards.
What else are we working on?
Sportsnaut: A site focused on NFL, NBA, MLB and college sports.
Death by Game Show: We developed a PC/Mac/Linux game in 2016. It’s a hybrid survival tower defence game that failed to get any traction. We’re still hopeful that it will be ported to mobile and console in the future. Here's an old trailer if you're curious.
SNIPdaily and SNIP100: We wanted to make the Billboard Charts for sports, SNIPdaily is the front end for the data driven SNIP100. This is still very much a work in progress project and as it's a little complex, we've added an explainer video below if you're interested.
