ok so I grow my own vegetables. I practice herbal medicine. I exercise regularly, I get 7 hours sleep per night, and I drink 3-5 glasses of water a day. I don't drink do drugs, I am healthy, happy, positive thinker. I should be able to live forever, HOWEVER, the chemtrails dropping aluminum on my plants does not help me much. I am vigorously researching how to detoxify the aluminum from my body, or make more STEEMIT money to buy a bigger greenhouse, and filter my rain barrel water. Just my thoughts
