After an eventful 12 year span in the US federal government, me and a few friends formed start-up company with the purpose of solving problems in austere areas. This second career led me to work in the peace process in Colombia, build hospitals in West Africa during the Ebola Outbreak and now building rural renewable mini-grids in the world's poorest country, Liberia.
I'm looking forward to exploring the opportunities the blockchain offers to impact those without direct access to wealth generation.
I identify with the Currency Skunks as a movement to transition into a more connected and collaborative economic system. My intent on Hive is to document my learning journey and coordinate with anyone interested in achieving similar outcomes.
