Hey guys! I have just finished my workout for today and it was awesome. Here are some pics ;)
First of all I have to tell you that I'm not a bodybuilder. I workout at home or outside with no equipment. My passion is streetworkout...I like to do pushups. It's the best workout for building my upper body.

I eating only normal food, 5-6x a day and some food supliments like vitamin c, omega 3 and all plant proteins. For me, food is 80% of all, it makes all the difference. I avoid it from sweets, fast food, carbonated drink and sugar in general.
Here is my lunch after workout today. I don't know how to type it in English, but the name of this food in Slovenia is mosaka! ;D It's made from potatoes, cheese, carrots and minced meat.
