Ian R. Cooper, aka was raised by wolf. Not wolves, a single wolf. And she worked the second shift. I guess you could call him a latch-cave kid. Ian only recently started writing in late 2015. Before that, he spent his late teens and early 20's playing in alt-rock bands that never got any gigs and making short films with his slacker buddies.
No one told him he isn't a lapdog
Later he got into science and graduated with degrees in both Biology and Engineering. Unfortunately most of the science stuff he writes is very dry, and not so fun. Cooper's favorite stories to create do a danse macabre around horror, mostly of the body variety. He also enjoys the noir, cyberpunk/low fantasy, historical fiction, and realistic fiction genres. He lives in Texas with his wife and 3 dogs, who like to takes turns as his editor.

Ian finds inspiration from authors like Dan Simmons, Joe Hill, Garth Ennis, Chuck Palahniuk, and Tom Piccirilli. His favorite novels are The Terror, A Lower Deep, American Gods, Lullaby, and Catch-22. He also thinks that name dropping isn't so bad when done tastefully, but speaking about oneself in 3rd person is still pretty pretentious.

In all seriousness, I don't know much about crypto. But I dig this site and I love writing. You can catch more of my work on Wattpad and the subreddit /r/faintthebelle. I plan to move some of my favorite stories to Steemit, as well as expand on some old adventures and create new terrifying tales. My first post here is a short paranormal piece, The Marbury Monster. Don't be afraid to leave your honest opinions on my work, I love to interact!
