How to Manage Stress
Stress, we all suffer from stress, it can cause relationship breakdown, physical and mentally depressions, anxiety, even weariness and fatigue. It is very terrible and fatal which has to be death with.
What is Stress? Stress, according to Oxford English Dictionary is the internal distribution of force per unit area(pressure) within a body reacting to applied forces which causes strain or deformation.
What causes stress?
Stress are literally caused by irrational situations or conditions such as death of loved ones, disappointment, financial hardships problems in relationship are all causes of stress in any normal and healthy person.
How can stress be managed?
- By Identifying what makes you stressed
Until you find out what makes you stress is when there can be remedy.
You can’t fight what you don’t know. The problem has to be identified before it can be trashed to tap out. - Take your stand
There are some unfavorable conditions we might find ourselves, we might be encountering a problem, person or situation, our ability to stand upright and respond to the situation with a smile on the face will makes things to be positively and confidential. - Eating Good food
Fresh vegetables and fruits are good for the body, as we know what category of foods that are good for us as well as those that are not. Water is essential as it is the driver of life. - Regular Exercise
Exercise helps to maintain the body structure and gives the body a befitting shape, it also helps to keep our muscles good looking physically and mentally fit and helps to maintain steady flow of the body fluid(blood) in transporting the needed nutrients as at when due. Exercise helps to lower the action of cortisol (hormone which is responsible for stress secretion). - Taking time to Sleep
Sleep helps to restore the overworking brain to factory setting, it suppresses all the task and ease the level of the work per rate the brain is operating. Getting good time to rest is necessary to keep stress reduced.
