Introducing induswhale - An exchange for Indian sub-continent and its neighbouring countries

1. CREATE AN EXCHANGE FOR SAARC COUNTRIES (STEEM/SBD - INR/AFN/BDT/BTN/LKR/NPR/PKR)

I am feeling very happy and excited to present Hive account@induswhale to everyone, this project is, in a way, a small step towards adding more people to Hive account@steem. The reason behind initiating this project is that there is no exchange available in the market which can convert STEEM directly into a local currency, each person has to take several steps before converting their STEEM into a local currency, for which they have to pay a very big part of their earnings, which is not a good solution for content creators. We have started working on our exchange, which will be presented to you in a very short time.

To convert the STEEM into a local currency, a person has to convert STEEM to BITCOIN, then convert BITCOIN to US DOLLAR, which is then sent to other platforms like PAYPAL, PAYEER or PAYZA for converting the USD to a local currency, in which about 10-20 percent of total earnings go into conversion fee.

We want people to get more money in their local currency by paying less fee for the conversion process. Using our platform, you will be able to convert your STEEM in a local currency by giving only an exchange fee of 5%.

This will save you money and your time.

Note: There is a reason behind taking 2.75% conversion fees, we want more and more people to join Hive account@steemit, but after registering, people have to wait for several days to get their account approved, we want new members to get their account without any delay.

You'll be happy to know that the fees given by you will be used to add more people to steem blockchain.

2. PARTNER WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES

Most businesses sell their items only in a local currency, while many businesses have emerged worldwide, who have started to accept digital currencies, we want Business Owners to know about STEEM and that they should accept STEEM like they accept any local currency, because to transfer STEEM from one account to other, there is no fee taken. But businessmen also do not want their most of the money to be stuck in digital currencies for a long time, so our conversion solution will benefit everyone, and more and more businesses would be willing to join steem blockchain.

From this, people receiving STEEM will be able to purchase any item from our partners directly using their STEEM wallet, but for this feature, you all have to wait a little more.

3. CURATION FOR CONTENT WRITTEN IN REGIONAL LANGUAGES

We have just created a DISCORD SERVER for this project, the link can be found in this post or you can also find it in our profile description under the followers' count, we will prepare CURATION teams for the people of India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Members will be able to write content in their regional languages and the authors will get more visibility for their curated content.

This will give content creators good rewards for writing content in their language. We will also prepare a trail which everyone can follow to curate good posts and earn good curation rewards.

4. SUPPORT OFFLINE PROJECTS FOR STEEM PROMOTION

There are many projects that require manpower and money, but due to lack of proper communication between people and authorities, they could never truly be achieved in the past, such as protecting nature, preserving rainwater, making people aware about health and hygiene, making public places pollution, making people aware about their rights, and many more offline projects are to be started using the support of steem community, which will benefit humanity in the long run.

Most people don't give proper thought to making a good post, because there is a lack of knowledge and more attraction towards rewards, they don't know how to create good content, due to which they spam on steem, which is not good for the entire steem community, so we thought we can prepare VIDEO TUTORIALS for these people, where a proper training will be given and ideas will be shared to help them.

5. FREE EDUCATION FOR POOR KIDS

Many times you feel helpless when a poor child comes to you asking for some money, but do you think that if he is given money now, will that improve his life? I believe that such children should get a proper education so that their next generation should not beg.

There's an old saying, usually attributed to Confucius, that goes something like "Give a man a fish, and you'll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you've fed him for a lifetime."

There are many such children near my house who roam on roads, they ask others for money or food, they pick up garbage to sell for money, while their age is to get an education, which is their right.

I think most of you will have big expectations from this project, and I promise you that we will work hard day in day out to bring solutions to these problems.

मुझे Hive account@induswhale को आप सब के सामने प्रस्तुत करते हुए बेहद ख़ुशी का अनुभव हो रहा है, ये प्रोजेक्ट एक तरह से ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगो को Hive account@steem से जोड़ने की तरफ एक छोटा सा कदम है. इस प्रोजेक्ट को शुरू करने के पीछे का कारण है किसी ऐसे एक्सचेंज का न होना जो की STEEM को सीधा लोकल करेंसी में कन्वर्ट कर सके, किसी भी व्यक्ति को अपने STEEM को लोकल करेंसी में कन्वर्ट करने से पहले कई स्टेप्स से गुज़ारना पड़ता है जहाँ उनसे जो चार्जेज लिए जाते है वो उन्हें मिलने वाले पैसो का एक बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा होता है, जिस से कंटेंट क्रिएटर्स को बहुत घाटा होता है, हमने हमारे एक्सचेंज पर काम करना शुरू कर दिया है, जिसे हम कुछ समय में आपके सामने पेश करेंगे.

अभी लोगो को STEEM को लोकल करेंसी में कन्वर्ट करने के लिए पहले STEEM को BITCOIN में कन्वर्ट करना होता है, फिर वो BITCOIN को US DOLLAR में कन्वर्ट करते है, जिसे फिर वे या तो PAYPAL, PAYEER या PAYZA जैसे दुसरे प्लेटफार्म के ज़रिये अपनी लोकल करेंसी में कन्वर्ट करते है, जिसमे टोटल करेंसी का लगभग १०-२० प्रतिशत हिस्सा कन्वर्शन में चला जाता है.

२. स्थानीय व्यापारों के साथ साझेदारी

ज़्यादातर बिज़नस अपना सामान लोकल करेंसी में ही बेचते है, जबकि कई ऐसे बिज़नस दुनिया भर में उभर कर सामने आये है, जिन्होंने डिजिटल करेंसी को एक्सेप्ट करना शुरु कर दिया है, हम चाहते है की बिज़नस ओनरस को steem के बारे में पता चले और इसे भी लोकल करेंसी की ही तरह एक्सेप्ट किया जाए, इसकी एक वजह है steem पर एक अकाउंट से दुसरे अकाउंट में पैसे भेजने में कोई फीस नही लगती. लेकिन बिज़नेसस भी नही चाहेंगे की उनका ज़्यादातर पैसा डिजिटल करेंसी में लम्बे समय तक अटका रहे, इसलिए हमारे कन्वर्शन सल्युशन से सभी को फायदा होगा, और ज्यादा से ज्यादा बिज़नस steem से जुड़ना चाहेंगे.

इस से STEEM पाने वाले व्यक्ति कोई भी सामान सीधा अपने STEEM वॉलेट को इस्तेमाल करके खरीद सकेंगे, लेकिन इस फीचर के लिए आप सभी को थोडा वेट करना पड़ेगा.

हमने अभी से ही इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए DISCORD SERVER बना दिया है, जिसकी लिंक आपको इस पोस्ट में या ऊपर हमारे प्रोफाइल में मिल जाएगी, हम भारत, पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश, नेपाल, अफ़ग़ानिस्तान, भूटान, और श्रीलंका के लोगो के लिए CURATION टीम तैयार करेंगे जिस से मेम्बर्स अपनी भाषा में कंटेंट लिख सकेंगे और उन्हें CURATE करने से ऑथर्स को विसिबिलिटी मिलेगी.

हम ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगो से रिक्वेस्ट करते है कि वे हमारे DISCORD SERVER से जुड़ें और अपने दोस्तों को भी इस प्रोजेक्ट के बारे में बताएं.

इस से आपको अपनी भाषा में कंटेंट लिखने के अच्छे रिवॉर्ड मिलेंगे. हम इसके लिए एक ट्रेल भी तैयार करेंगे जिस से सभी अच्छे ऑथर्स को उनकी मेहनत के लिए लोग उन्हें रिवॉर्ड दें सकें.

४. स्टीम प्रमोशन के लिए ऑफ़लाइन परियोजनाओं का समर्थन

ऐसे कई प्रोजेक्ट्स है जिसके लिए मैनपावर और पैसो की ज़रूरत पड़ती है लेकिन सही अथॉरिटीज़ के ध्यान में न आने की वजह से उन्हें कभी भी सही मायने में अतीत में अचीव नही किया जा सका, जैसे की प्रकृति को बचाना, बारिश के पानी का संरक्षण करना, लोगो को हेल्थ और हाईजिन के बारे में जागरूक करना, अपने आस पास की जगह को प्रदुषण रहित बनाना, लोगो को अपने अधिकारों के बारे में जागरूक करना, ऐसे और भी कई ऑफलाइन प्रोजेक्ट्स है जिन्हें हम ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगो तक पहुचाएंगे, जिस से इंसानियत का भला होगा.

हमने ये भी तय किया है की हम लोगो को Hive account@steemit के बारे में अच्छे से समझाए क्यूंकि कई बार लोग पैसे कमाने के चक्कर में स्पैम करने लगते है, जो STEEM ECOSYSTEM के लिए बिलकुल भी ठीक नही है, इसलिए हमने सोचा है की हम VIDEO TUTORIALS तैयार करेंगे, जिस से लोगो को अच्छा कंटेंट बनाने में हेल्प मिलेगी.

५. गरीब बच्चो के लिए मुफ्त शिक्षा की सुविधा

कई बार आप अपने को लाचार महसूस करते है जब कोई गरीब बच्चा आपके पास आकर कुछ पैसे मांगता है, लेकिन आप सोचते हो की अगर इसे अभी पैसे दे दिए जाए तो क्या ये अपनी ज़िन्दगी सुधार सकेगा? मेरा मानना है कि ऐसे बच्चो को सही शिक्षा मिलनी चाहिए, जिस से उनकी आने वाली पीढ़ी भीख न मांगे.

वो कहावत है न कि, अगर आप किसी को एक मछली पकड़ कर देते हैं तो वो एक दिन भूखा नही रहेगा, लेकिन अगर आप उसे मछली पकड़ना सिखा देते हो तो वो ज़िन्दगी भर भूखा नही रहेगा.

मेरे घर के पास ही ऐसे कई बच्चे है जो रोज़ रोड पर घूमते है, पैसे मांगते है, कचरा उठाते है, जबकि उनकी उम्र है शिक्षा पाने की, ये उनका अधिकार है, आपको भी यही लगता होगा. लेकिन हमें इस बारे में जल्दी ही कुछ करना पड़ेगा

मुझे यकीन है कि आप सभी को इस प्रोजेक्ट से उमीदें बनने लगी होंगी, और मै आपको आश्वासन देता हूं कि हम सब मिलकर इन सभी प्रोब्लम्स का सल्युशन जल्द ही निकाल लेंगे.

हम Hive account@jerrybanfield, Hive account@firepower जैसे बड़े दिग्गजों से भी रिक्वेस्ट करते है की वे अपने बजट से हमारे प्रोजेक्ट को सपोर्ट दें. फिलहाल हमारे पास दो डेवलपर्स है, जो इस प्रोजेक्ट पर काम करना शुरुर कर चुके है, हमने डोमेन खरीद लिया है लेकिन होस्टिंग के लिए और डेवलपेर्स के लिए फंड्स की ज़रूरत पड़ेगी.
