Welcome to the Steemit community, Hive account@herbalert! Here in Massachusetts we had a ballot question passed to legalize cannabis but there's still a lot of inertia on actually opening up the cannabis market. The Commonwealth is dragging its heels on this. I hope to see more activity soon.
