Hello steemians !My name is Ismail (K.H) ,22 years old and this is my story.
I was born in a raising country where there is not a lot of opportunities but I’ve managed to survive so far.
Me & Crypto :
I’ve known bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies back in 2016 when ethereum was around 9$(so cheap I know I could have made a fortune)but instead I choose to invest in a raising company (ICO) which is known by the name of Onecoin ,some of you may say it’s a scam but all I know is we arrived at the 3rd year and still all is going as it was planned before and we hope for it to be launched on October of this year.
my first investment in the world of cryptocurrency was in late November 2017 I didn’t invest a lot but it was enough so I can push myself to study and begin to understand how the functionality of trading. had subscribed to some of the major youtubers whom by the way are doing some great efforts ,the basics are free to learn but then you need to invest in yourself so you can perform better .
It is wasn’t probably the best time for a newbie to enter this cryptocurrency world :Down from an all-time high of 19600$ and to hit more than 70% of loss on his price in a fortnight ,but I felt comfortable whenever I look to what others are saying especially those who had been around for quite some time ,they were some kind of a mentor to me as I started step by step to look at the bigger picture and believe that this revolution is worth all this trouble and patience and fear of the unknown that we have been through lately .many of my friends wouldn’t stare to support all of those loses so I guess this is a thumbs up for all of those who are still hanging around especially the new-starters.
Hobbies :
Other than traveling and reading, and like people from this generation I watch a lot of series and movies ,but the best I have found so far was suits (❤️) for those who never seen it I suggest you start to ,but apart from that I like it because I felt very attached to Mike Ross(the main character) because I think his life is similar to mine in a philosophical manner because this character has some really good skills and he can do some powerful tasks and therefore life was unfair with him he didn’t even got his universal law degree like normal people does even though he did pass the exam for others and got it for them ,but his life will change when he will meet Harvey Specter(The biggest attorney in NYC) and he will offer him a chance to become a lawyer without a degree .
For 2 years I was keeping a close eye on the rise of cryptocurrency and I’ve known that inside this growth other opportunities could be created due to the inflation process and when I first discovered the steemit network l felt like this was the missing part of the equation, I was an early subscriber for the amazing jerry banfield and i witnessed how he slowly turned to be a successful steemit member and and I wanted to be like him to have all of those followers and to get those many upvotes in each of my posts I know I still have a long way to go but I’m very positive I always have .
Why steemit?
I had created my account and get approved and I started to look at the top profiles and….Waaaw(400.000 $ ,350.00,…estimated).This is the power of steem people contribute to the community and get paid this is the power of the decentralized because after all facebook,youtube,reddit,.. holdings are making fortunes due to our persuasion and what we get instead NOTHING ,well we may have some fun with our friends and family but what if we can do that and get paid .sounds fair to me.because after all it’s all about money right?
Before making any posts to steemit I’ve managed to carefully read and understand every aspect of the system which is quite complex to be honest so I’ve read the whitepaper(yes!I did ,not a normal thing to do by a newbie but anyway,) I’ve watched a lot of videos and read a lot of posts for people talking and explaining the fundamentals of this network so I can have a clear picture of what I’m about to enter.
By joining the steemit network I’m looking to meet with the best community that everyone is talking about and to be part of it and to contribute with all I have in my mind and in my soul (😊)
Travelling is my life
I love traveling I’ve been to some beautiful parts in the world but Barcelona was the one that touched my heart the most such an incredible and amazing city . and I belong to the population who are planning to get a retirement at an early age (40 or so)and to travel the world and explore places that few people had been to and of course all of that with the one that i love I hope this insight won’t change when I will have my kids but, who knows?!and besides of that I’m a normal citizen I pay my bills(well practically my parents does) .
What I will contribute?
One thing that I have been passionate about is programming ,I can program in C,C++,python, java and a I know how to manipulate quite a few tools which involve creating web templates and web applications so I do have some nice stuff to contribute to the community .
Languages:
I’m from a country where the religion is not really related to politic or other social aspects but still we are a “Muslim country”,I’m an Arabic native speaker and English is not even my second language (French is)but still I can manage to transmit my ideas and beliefs and right now I’m adding a new language(Spanish) I’ve started 6 mounths ago in a language center I’m right now in the second level (A2) so for all the Spanish community ”os doy la bienvenida y espero que voy a ser alguien con beneficio a la communidad y despues voy a escribir articulos 100% en español 🤓 “ I still have a long way to go to improve my Spanish especially my accent but I guess the hardest part is done.
