Who I am? Hey? That is a somewhat difficult question to answer for someone as young as me, but I think it is appropriate to present myself before you, the members of the Steemit community, the steemians. I am José González, but in this community I will use the pseudonym Jacks Simone.

Although saying my name or alias is not enough for a presentation, or so I think. I think I should start telling you a little about myself, so here we go: I am a nineteen year old, writer and university student of the Philosophy School of the Central University of Venezuela (U.C.V).

I have been a writer for four years, I have written from micro-stories to novels, through stories, essays and some other criticism or opinion about topics of personal interest. In my short career as a writer I have participated in several contests, contests in which I have achieved an honorable mention, although unfortunately I have not yet been able to get the first place in any of them, but I trust that if I continue working hard over time I will get the happiness of being awarded in a contest getting the first place. And of course, in case I forgot to mention it, one of my goals as a writer is for many people to read what I write.

On the other hand, I am also a university student from the School of Philosophy of the U.C.V. As a university student, especially as a philosophy student, I am currently working with my colleagues doing activities in order to keep my school and my university alive in the difficult situation that our country Venezuela is going through

Why did I join Steemit?

That is a question that I consider pertinent and that I should answer so that you know a little more about me. I joined Steemit at the suggestion of several friends, since for some time I was looking for a way to get extra money due to the difficult economic situation in Venezuela. I think that talking about this "situation" in this post is unnecessary, since it is known by the great majority, maybe later in some other post I will talk about it, but not now.

What will I talk about on my blog?

In this blog I plan to share with you my most sincere opinions regarding various topics, among them: Literature, science, art, series, videogames, politics, economics and even music. I will talk about everything that can get my attention and interest.

In addition to the above, I would also like to share with you some excerpts from my most personal, written writings which I hope you will like. Essentially in my blog I will share with you a lot of my life.
