Greetings to the Steemit community! 馃暫
I am a web designer, photographer and portrait painter of the Canary Islands who, although it can be said that I grew up next to the technological revolution of the 80s, these last days, I am totally impressed by the change of paradigm that we have before our feet.
The digitization of humanity is here to stay. 馃槺
I was born in the year 1980 and at 9 years old my father gave me my first personal computer: an MSX with an 8-bit microprocessor and 64Kb of RAM. I went from playing with my little toy cochitos in the garden of mni grandmother's garden to spend countless hours in the darkness of my room with my new friend writing programs in [BASIC] (https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/BASIC)
| Images created to celebrate 30 years of the MSX VG-8020, green phosphor monochrome monitor and cassette tape loader. This was my first computer in 1989. 馃槏 |
Then came the 286, the 486, Pentium I, etc ... to my current i7-8700K 3.70GHz. NVIDIA GeFORCE GTX 1060 6GB. A lifetime behind computers! (But to get here there are 30 years apart)
I spent many years in high school, more than I should, repeating the last year, COU, because I did not know what to do, what to study in college: philosophy, psychology ...? Until I had *my professional awakening *, whose maximum I wrote on the back cover of my first editorial publication, "Between Queens and Brooklyn":
"Think about what you are good at doing, look inside yourself for what you enjoy and, even if you do not realize it now, think about what you have done and what you have prepared for your childhood ... That's your way."
I had it in front of my eyes and I had not noticed! 馃悞
I loved drawing and I loved spending hours and hours fiddling with the computer. Also, just at that moment, I discovered the Manolo Blahnik Art School in Santa Cruz de La Palma. Luck was cast: I would be a graphic designer! 馃槡
I have been working for 13 years, since 2006, professionally freelance in graphic design, specializing in web design under Wordpress. I love spending hours doing puzzles, which is how I call web design under HTML.
Apart from the design, I dedicate myself to photography, painting and music. I hope to share with you all my designs, paintings and portraits, my photos of different places in the world and above all, make friends in this new social network.
Music is another of my pending subjects. I also hope to share my other great passion: The aerial simulation in X-plane 11. 鉁堬笍
I have titled my first post as "From Analog to Digital Art 路 The change of paradigm" because in recent months I have realized that the digitalization of humanity is unstoppable, that we live under a new paradigm, the Internet of things, the money will become completely digital very soon ... I do not know where all this will take us, but I want to get on the cryptocurrency cart. 馃捀
I have created some YouTube channels that I hope to monetize very soon. I have also created accounts that accept donations like my PayPal or my Patreon, where you can become my patron, get one of my photos in high resolution, a painted portrait to the charcoal or the most elaborate of my gifts: a pastel portrait in full color and with a size of 50x65cm.
Another account that I created to accept donations is ko-fi.
The ability to get digital money has grown a lot in the last 6-7 years. I do nothing but turn my head to find a source of income in which I can unleash my qualities.
I hope to share many things with you, to start, I * throw * the list of my most important social networks:
| Youtube | ||
| Invite me a Coffee | Patreon | FOLLOW ME ;) |
A big hug to everyone. See you around here!
