Mate here's my hollandaise sauce recipe i reduce my white balsamic vinegar 50/50 i hope you enjoy:)
Hollandaise sauce
5x egg yolks
70ml reduced balsamic vinegar
500g salted butter melted
Method:
Add egg yolks and balsamic vinegar to food processor blits the food processor and add the melted butter verry slowly until all butter is consumed.
