I originally heard about Steemit from
. I was very intrigued by the multiple functions this setup allows you to preform. I myself am interested in posting fanfiction, opinionated blogs, photography and small comics, without the hassle of going to various websites in order to do so.
My boyfriend and I founded our relationship on artistic interests and enjoy collaborating our talents, so I'm excited that we will be able to share some of our creations here and find others to possibly collaborate and share our passion with.
Before social media was popular I was an active mIRC chat room enthusiast. Some of the friendships I made virtually were more meaningful to me than ones I've made in real life, and though I've never been much of a blogger, this type of unique layout seems to bring forth a close community of which I would love to become a part of.
