Buenas, saludos a todos. Después de leer alrededor de 100 publicaciones para intentar darme cuenta qué es lo que le gusta a la gente en esta plataforma, por fin me decidí a escribir mi primer Post. Espero que el chasco no sea demasiado grande, ya saben lo que dicen de las primeras veces.
La primera impresión es lo que cuenta ¿o no?
Vamos primero con las alabanzas necesarias para no parecer mal educado…evidentemente la plataforma tiene mucho potencial, explota una idea innovadora para incentivar a la gente a crear contenido de calidad, y en teoría, recibir compensaciones económicas que lo impulsen a hacer cada vez más y mejores aportes…
Esa es la bella teoría, pero en los casi 30 días que llevo leyendo las cosas que se publican me doy cuenta de que, como en todos lados, hay una jungla en este sitio.
Hay de todo, gente con egos inflados, optimistas, pesimistas, soñadores, otros sacan ventajas de contradicciones (¿debilidades?) del sistema abiertamente y escriben/hablan orgullosos de ello, otros tratan de impulsarlo, de protegerlo, otros de ayudar a los usuarios nuevos a que sientan que aquí tienen un futuro… en fin todo un ecosistema como es toda comunidad humana.
La opinión que tengo de la fauna a la que gustosamente me estoy incluyendo es que ¡ES FANTÁSTICA! Es exactamente una proyección de la realidad social de muchas comunidades en un pedazo de memoria de computadoras en varios lugares del mundo. Me agrada ver todas las virtudes y las fallas de nuestra sociedad en los usuarios, creo que por eso está viva, tiene potencial de desarrollarse en una comunidad vergataria o ser más de la misma mierda de todos los días.
¡LO GENIAL DEL ASUNTO ES QUE ESTÁ EN NUESTRAS MANOS QUE SEA UN LUGAR GENIAL!
Para explicar un poco a que me refiero con eso de que el destino de la plataforma está en nuestras manos, hay que hacer notar que la característica más del carajo que tiene este patio, donde cada uno juega a perseguir el “reward pool” y sacar la mayor tajada que pueda de él, es que si convences a suficientes personas puedes cambiar radicalmente las dinámicas que tienen todos los usuarios de la plataforma.
Debido a que las reglas del juego las ponen los usuarios, se pueden desarrollar paradigmas de intercambio y monetización en función de consensos impulsados por el poder de emitir moneda de cada individuo, literalmente la imaginación es el límite, lo cual abre la puerta para que la comunidad cree jardines del Edén, comedias dantescas, o las más probables combinaciones intermedias de estos extremos.
La principal traba para desarrollar esto me parece que es la visión de que inicialmente va a ser muy difícil hacer buenas cantidades de dinero, para subir inicialmente la curva tiene una pendiente muy suave y la mayoría no está dispuesta a esperar tanto. PERO ESA POSIBILIDAD EXISTE.
La impresión que tengo de los usuarios es que la mayoría está más preocupada por quejarse de los problemas en vez de ocuparse por hacer algo al respecto, pero no soy prejuicioso así que voy a tomar más tiempo para conocer más usuarios y poder observar en detalle el panorama.
Un ejemplo de esta problemática es que la saturante discusión de si los bot son o no son un problema. La verdad es que eso depende de los usuarios, si a la gente no le da más la gana de leer lo que está en las tendencias la principal razón por la que se defiende el uso de los bots, que es la de ganar tráfico hacia un post, dejaría de tener efecto.
Además por allí anda un tal transparencybot que te dice quiénes son los que invierten en los bots cuando la cantidad es mayor a 50$, los movimientos de dinero los puede ver cualquiera en steemworld o directamente en la wallet de cualquier usuario.
Steemit puede tener la capacidad de tener algo similar a un sistema inmunológico que lo previene de enfermedades, ese sistema son los usuarios, y de los usuarios depende de que sea un cuerpo sano y en desarrollo, no uno con gangrenas
Me voy a ganar un problema con los paisanos en 3,2,1…
No me gusta edulcurar la píldora así que lo digo claramente, esta problemática en Steemit es la misma que se vive en Venezuela, demasiada gente quejándose a toda hora, en todo lugar ¡Qué fastidio me da ver a los venezolanos dando lástima por el mundo! ¿Por qué no entendemos que si vamos y nos presentamos como un coleto vamos a despertar animadversión en la mayoría de las personas?
¡Deberíamos estar mostrando cosas como esta!
Todos los lugares tienen sus problemas, todos sin excepción, pero si alguien viene a visitarnos a nuestra casa, o nos pregunta acerca de ella ¡No vamos y hacemos un resumen detallado de todas las razones por las que nada en nuestro hogar sirve!
Les decimos, lleguen a Maiquetía, de allí agarran una avioneta a Los Roques, La Tortuga o cualquier otra isla turística del país y disfrutan de un lugar bendito en la tierra.
Los problemas que tenemos, que son muchísimos y muy graves, los arreglamos nosotros. Son nuestra responsabilidad.
Es un misterio de la ciencia el porqué no nos damos cuenta que las personas que hacen obras de caridad son un porcentaje muy pequeño de la población, aritmética elemental, es más posible conseguir apoyo si das la impresión de ser alguien con potencial de levantarte de una situación adversa en vez de presentarte como alguien desesperado…los demás hacen un simple estudio de riesgos... lo peor es que quedamos rayados como conjunto, se impone una noción en la que las personas en los demás países perciben a los venezolanos como parias.
Obvio que también contribuyen a ese prejuicio todos los que salen del país y van regando por doquier el contenido de la poceta que tienen por cabeza, pero creo que con ellos poco se puede razonar a menos que se haga un esfuerzo mayúsculo de re-educación, pero eso requiere paciencia-tiempo y esos dos recursos son realmente escasos hoy en día.
Para evitar la posibilidad de que se me etiquete de algo voy a dejar mi postura explícita ¡No me agrada lo que tenga que ver con la política partidista!. Yo creo en los que trabajan y buscan la forma de mejorar en lo que hacen a diario, no importa cómo se llamen o de dónde vengan.
Vivo en Caracas
La crisis no me la tienen que contar, ni explicar, ni narrar con más detalles, sé que está muy jodida la vaina. PERO TAMBIÉN SE QUE NOSOTROS SOMOS GENTE ARRECHA Y VAMOS A SUPERAR ESTA Y CUALQUIER OTRA DIFICULTAD.
En todos los lugares del mundo se sale de las crisis echándole bolas, punto, lo demás es paja de la buena. A los chinos los gobierna el partido comunista y allí están, los EEUU viven con una economía liberal y a pesar de las últimas crisis en las bolsas allí están, los rusos viven con un nuevo líder casi omnipotente para ellos y allí están.
¿Qué tienen en común? Que todos los días buscan la manera de ser mejores, de avanzar sin excusas por más jodida que esté la vaina en su entorno. No me imagino a todas las personas de países como Alemania, Japón, Bélgica, etc, etc, con una actitud derrotista después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, esa gente se puso a estudiar y a trabajar sin descanso para sacar su país adelante.
Además, me parece que siempre se pueden buscar excusas si no se quiere hacer algo, que si la situación es muy jodida, que si el Gobierno es un asco, que si es más fácil en otros países. Todo eso es cierto, pero al final son excusas para no asumir que depende de nosotros que todo esto mejore, trabajando, creando, siendo conscientes y disciplinados, con perseverancia.
A mí me da igual quién gobierne, todos los políticos me parecen mentirosos compulsivos, evidentemente te la ponen muy difícil si son malos políticos, pero da igual en la historia siempre hay ciclos de calamidades gobernando en todos lados del mundo. Al final es la calidad de la sociedad lo que permite que un país salga adelante, y eso está en manos de cada uno de nosotros. El tiempo ya nos ha dado sufiencientes oportunidades para aprender que todos los políticos están cortados con la misma tijera.
No pretendo tener la verdad absoluta, esta es mi opinión, asumo las consecuencias que conlleva y punto. No pretendo escribir un solo post en el que hable más de este tema, me parece que es adecuado hacerlo en el post de la presentación para dejar claro mi posición al respecto. Tampoco quiero comentar nada más acerca de problemas y dificultades, quiero interactuar con gente con la que se pueda hablar acerca de acciones constructivas para salir adelante.
¿Qué hago en el día a día?
Hago lo que me gusta hacer, no porque pueda hacer lo que quiera siempre sino porque sea lo que sea que haga lo llevo a cabo con la misma actitud. Siempre trato de ir por nuevos desafíos, en todas las situaciones trato de aprender algo y de sacarle provecho a las cosas.
Al igual que a todo el mundo hay veces que las vainas no salen, hay malas rachas que joden la paciencia más de lo que deberían, pero como pa’lante es pa’lla, después de pasar la arrechera normal cuando fallas le sigo echando un camión para lograr los objetivos que me he trazado. Nada del otro mundo, al final vivimos es superando dificultades.
También me gusta hacer deporte, el futsal y el entrenamiento de Halterofilia son dos hobbies que disfruto hacer cada vez que tengo la oportunidad.
Estoy estudiando Licenciatura en Química en la Universidad Simón Bolívar, eso me ha dado muchos más dolores de cabeza de los que me gustaría pero tiene sus beneficios. También estoy estudiando Chino, es un idioma muy interesante... bueno eso y el hecho de que literalmente toda vaina dice “made in China” me impulsaron a iniciar esos estudios.
¿Qué vine a hacer aquí?
Vine de curioso inicialmente, vine a revisar si efectivamente había un lugar con dinero fácil como decían muchos compañeros de la universidad. Puedo decir que afortunadamente me parece que no es así, en mi vida me he podido dar cuenta de que efectivamente lo que fácil llega, fácil se va. Por eso creo que podemos hacer que Steemit tenga posibilidades de sostenerse ya que no es fácil hacer dinero aquí.
Claro, a menos que seas una ballena y solo por existir puedas generar pagos de tres cifras por cada upvote…pero como la mayoría estamos lejos de esto y no he visto a una ballena muy activa que se diga en Steemit creo que no es nada sencillo lograr ganar dinero rápido.
Estoy iniciando en esta plataforma para aportar contenido que sea útil a los demás, quiero poder traer a muchos de mis compañeros de la universidad para que compartan sus conocimientos y habilidades, quiero aportar y trabajar para que Steemit tenga un futuro sólido y estable.
Mis tópicos de interés fundamentalmente son los de Ciencia en general, la tecnología de las criptomonedas y los idiomas, mis publicaciones generalmente van a estar alrededor de esos temas... en especial espero poder acercar la química a la mayoría de las personas, voy a hacer mi mejor esfuerzo por comunicar de manera eficiente el potencial de esta ciencia para mejorar el nivel de vida de cada uno de nosotros, y el impacto que tiene en nuestra sociedad.
Similarmente, espero poder iniciar un proyecto para iniciar talleres de Mandarín por esta plataforma, me he dado cuenta de que hay una buena cantidad de material para aprender este idioma a partir del inglés pero muy poco material a partir del español. Creo que es una buena oportunidad para todos los que estén interesados en ese idioma.
Bueno ya está, espero poder conocer mucha gente valiosa en esta comunidad quiero aprender lo más que pueda de todos los usuarios, seguro que la segunda vez y las siguientes serán mejores que esta primera.

Title: my first time
Greetings to all the steemians. After reading about 100 posts trying to realize what it is that people like on this platform, I finally decided to write my first Post. I hope the disappointment is not too big, you know what they say about the first times.
The first impression is what counts, isn't it?
Let's start with all the praising in order to comply with politeness customers ... for me, it is obvious that the platform has a lot of potentials, it exploits an innovative idea to encourage people to create quality content, and in theory, receive financial compensation that drives users to do more and better contributions ...
This is what is written in the beautiful theory (a.k.a. White paper), but in the almost 30 days that I have been reading the posts on the platform, I realize that, as everywhere, there is a jungle on this site.
You can come across every kind of people here, people with inflated egos, optimists, pessimists, dreamers, others take advantage or contradictions (weaknesses?) of the system openly and write/speak proudly about it, others try to promote and protect it, others try to help users new to feel that they have a future here ... in short an entire ecosystem with all sort of social behaviors as is every human community.
The opinion I have of the community that I am joyfully including myself into is that IT IS FANTASTIC! It is exactly a projection of the social reality of many communities hosted into a chunk of computer memory in various parts of the world. I like to see all the virtues and shortcomings of our society in every corner of the platform. I think that's why it's alive and has the potential to develop into a groundbreaker community or become more of the same shithole we see every day.
THE GREAT THING ABOUT IT IS THAT IS UP TO US WHETHER TO BECOME THE EDEN FOR SOCIAL BLOCKCHAIN-BASED PLATFORMS OR IN THE BACKYARD OF A BROTHEL!
In order to explain myself a little bit, it should be noted that the most characteristic feature of this playground, where everyone plays to pursue the "reward pool" and take the biggest possible slice of it, is that if you convince enough people you can radically change the dynamics of all users or even the platform itself.

BUT MAKING A HOLLY LAND FOR CONTENT CREATORS AND CRYPTO ENTHUSIAST EXISTS!
The impression I have from users is that most of them are more worried about complaining instead of doing something about the current problems the platform has. But I'm not prejudiced so I'm going to take more time to know more users and be able to observe in detail the panorama.
An example of this issue is the saturating discussion of whether the bots are or are not a problem. The truth is that this depends on the users. If people do not want to read what is in the trending page (the main reason bot usage is currently being backed is raising awareness) bots will be useless.
Also, there is a transparencybot that tells you who are the users who invest in the bots when the amount is greater than $ 50, the money movements can be seen by anyone on steemworld or directly in the wallet of any user
Steemit may have the ability to have something similar to an immune system for diseases prevention, that system is its users and it is in the best interests of every steemian that this platform becomes a healthy and developing body, not one with gangrene

I don't like to use fancy words to disguise my statements in order not to burst others self-esteem, so I will write it clearly. This problem in Steemit is the same as in Venezuela, too many people complaining at any time, in any place What an annoyance it gives me to see the Venezuelans giving pity for the world! Why do not we understand that if we go and present ourselves like a pigtail, we will awaken rejection in most people?
We should be showing things like this!
All places have their problems, all without exception, but if someone comes to visit us at our house, or asks about how our family is doing, we do not go and make a detailed summary of all the reasons why nothing in our home works and why every hope is lost!
We should tell them, get to Maiquetía, from there they take a plane to Los Roques, La Tortuga or any other tourist island of the country and enjoy a blessed place on earth
The problems we have, which are many and very serious, we should fix them. They are our responsibility!
It is a science mystery why we do not realize that people who do charity work are a very small percentage of the population, elementary arithmetic, it is more possible to get support if you give the impression of being someone with the potential to get up from an adverse situation instead of presenting you as someone desperate ... other people just make a simple risk study and then most likely will discard us!... the worst thing is that we are stripped as a whole, a notion is imposed in which people in other countries perceive Venezuelans as outcasts.
Obviously, all those who leave the country and have a toilet instead of a fully functional brain are also contributing to this prejudice. I think that there is no hope for such people unless a major effort of re-education is made, but that requires patience&time and those two resources are really scarce nowadays.
To avoid the possibility of being labeled I will state my position very clear. I do not like anything that is related to political parties since they have proven for centuries that they are just money siphons and lies factories! I only believe in those who work and look for ways to improve what they do every day, no matter what they are called or where they come from.

I don't need to be told, explained, nor detailed narrated about the crisis, I know that the things are are very fucked up. BUT I ALSO KNOW THAT WE ARE EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE AND WE ARE GOING TO OVERCOME THIS AND ANY OTHER FUTURE DIFFICULTY!
In all parts of the world you get out of crises through hard work, period, the rest is just shit talk. The Chinese people are governed by the Communist Party and there they are growing their economy, the US lives with a liberal economy and despite the latest crises in the stock markets they continue to press forward, the Russians live with an almost absolutist president and there they are rebuilding the power of Russia. So governmental ideology is not that directly related to growth and power, the key factor it is more likely to be the attitude of the society as a whole.
What do these three countries have in common? That every day they look for the way to be better, to advance without excuses no matter how fucked up the pod is in their environment. I can not imagine all the people from countries like Germany, Japan, Belgium, etc, etc, with a defeatist attitude after the Second World War, those people began to study and work tirelessly to take their country forward.
Also, I think you can always find excuses if you do not want to do something, the situation is very screwed up, the government is terrible, it is much easier if I leave to other countries... all this might be true, but in the end they are excuses for not assuming that it is up to us that all this improves, working, creating, being aware and disciplined, with perseverance.
I do not care who governs, all politicians seem as compulsive liars to me. Obviously, they make it very difficult if they are bad politicians, but it in history there always have been cycles of calamities ruling everywhere in the world. In the end, it is the quality of society that allows a country to move forward and that is in the hands of each one of us. Time has already given us enough opportunities to learn that all politicians are cut with the same scissors.
I do not pretend to have the absolute truth, this is my opinion, I assume the consequences that it entails, period. I do not intend to write a single post in which I talk more about this topic, I think it is appropriate to do it in my introductory post state clearly my position in this regard. Nor do I want to comment anymore about problems and difficulties, I want to interact with people with whom I can talk about constructive actions to get ahead...
What do I do on a day-to-day basis?
I do what I like to do, not because I can do what I want to do, but because whatever I do I carry it out with the same optimistic attitude. I always try to go for new challenges, in all situations I try to learn something about anything that happens to me.
Like everyone else there are times when the things don't work out, there are bad trends that teste our patience more than they should, but as since you only get forward by moving onward, after cooling off a bit whenever I fail, I keep working like a madman to achieve the goals that I have settled. Nothing extraordinary her, we all live overcoming difficulties.
I also like to practice sports, futsal and weight lifting are two hobbies that I enjoy every time I have the opportunity to.
I am getting a degree in chemistry at Simón Bolívar, which has given me many more headaches than I would like but it has its benefits. I'm also studying Chinese, it's a very interesting language and the fact that everything says "made in China" prompted me to start learning it.
What did I come here to do?
Initially, I landed out of curiosity, I passed by to check if there was indeed a place with easy money as many colleagues at the university said. I can say that fortunately, it seems to me that this is not the case! I have been able to realize that what is easily obtained usually does not hold much value. That's why I think we can make Steem the next crypto flagship since it is not easy to get crypto here.
Of course, unless you are a whale and just by existing you can generate three-figure payments for each upvote ... but as most of us are far from this and I have not seen a very active whale in Steemit I think it is not easy to achieve a lot of money here.
I am starting in this platform to contribute content that is useful to others, I want to be able to bring many of my colleagues from the university to share their knowledge and skills, I want to contribute and work so that Steemit has a solid and stable future.
Similarly, I hope to start a project to start Mandarin Chinese courses on this platform, I realized that there is a good amount of material to learn this language for English speakers but very little material for Spanish speakers folks. I think it's a good opportunity for everyone who is interested in that language.
Well, that's it, I hope I can meet many valuable people in this community. I want to learn as much as I can from all the users, surely the second time and the next ones will be better than this first one.
