Hello guys,my name is Jude, and i'm happy to be back in schoool. i am an undergraduate student at the university of Benin-Nigeria studying Environmental sciences. We resumed school recently after a very long break that started in August last year(2017).
During the break, i went on a vacation with my family. My favorite summer ritual is the vacations my family, friends and I take ever year. Every summer break either me and my close friends or family take a vacation to a different place like in years past weve visited Abuja, Benin, Ogun state. I love going on different vacations every year.
This year i travelled to Abeokuta ogun state, for my grandma's birthday celebration. During that period i made a trip to olumo rock, the tourist site in ogun state.

Olumo rock is 137 metres.
It was used as a fortress by the Egba people of ogun state in the early 19th century. Olumo rock like i said is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Nigeria, West Africa, sits in the ancient city centre of Abeokuta – a name which means “Under the rock”.
It was during the holidays i got introduced to stemit. I am really happy i found steemit.
It has helped me a lot. I tried making a lot of friends with my type of mindset here on steemit, and i'm happy that i am gradually getting to know alot of people like me. 
Today i had lectures, and afterwards i went out to see my friends.
It feels really great being back in a conducive learning citadel like university of Benin.
I was also able to learn some helpful stuff during the holidays like website designing and i also had enough time to master some computer applications like corel draw and Adobe photoshop.
