Hello Steemians! I am Francia Kaye Uyvico, I am 20 years old and I just graduated from college. I took Bachelor of Arts in Communication, I've been an intern in several radio station, broadcasting station, magazine company and worked with photographers and film makers.
I am also a school actress and played many characters in our theater plays. I also write stories and scripts for our theater art plays.
Aside from that, I've been promoted as Senior Teacher B in my ESL company, I've been an English teacher 1 week after my 18th birthday. I've been helping my parents financially although they didn't ask me to. Sometimes we are so busy growing up, we forget that they're also growing old. I want to help them as early as I can, that's why I've been a school scholar and a part time teacher so that they don't have to worry about my tuition fees and daily needs.
Furthermore, I joined beauty pageants before. To be given the chance to speak to the public about my advocacy which is saving the environment is really important for me since I love going to the beach. The second reason is joining pageants has been my mommy's dream but since she wasn't able to do it, she passed it on to me.
I am also a volunteer in our community extension program "Violence Against Women and Children", in which we visit a certain community to check and help if there are some cases like this and look for solutions to end it.
I love adventure, travelling, food, learning new languages and new culture. I am very curious about the world that everyday I want to discover and learn something new.
