Hello fellow Steemians,
Today I became a member of steemit. I found out about this website via Reddit, or to be more specific from /r/aspergers.
With that in mind, I want to tell you a bit about myself.
I'd say the most interesting fact about me is that I have ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), diagnosed at an early age and only found out about it now at 19 years. I want to pursue my proper diagnosis now and want to write about the journey through my brain and the up's and down's of having Autism.
My focus is set on psychology, science and philosophy in regards to mental illnesses, neurodiversity, psychedelics and what ever strikes me as interesting. I hope that this may help bring clarity about Autism to those who want to know it, wether a relative is affected by it, or you might suspect that you yourself may have it. Many people on the spectrum struggle with life in many ways, be it work, relationships, identity, depression and much more.
