Hello Steemers, I’m Keni and this is my #introduceyourself post!
I was born in Thailand and spent my school years in England. I’ve always loved traveling and have since lived on quite a few continents. Most people know me for making adult movies and chatting on social media. Behind the scenes I run some websites and invest #Bitcoin. My partner and I are also about to free-birth our first child, we're passionate about living cruelty free and supporting health, happiness and freedom.
"I could imagine myself as a proper Blogger, I mean I started a video diary on YouTube back in 2008. Though I never really got into written posts. It’s such a conflicting discipline for me because I want to be a better writer and yet I don’t really enjoy writing."
That's why I love making videos, it’s so simply and honest. Push the button and capture a moment. I first got into YouTube when it was just this funny little place full of bedroom vloggers, randomly ranting and being awkwardly real. I enjoy watching people from all over the world with different walks of life. Back then I was traveling all over the world too and this was before FaceBook. My friends and family all wanted to know about my adventures but I wasn't any good at sitting down and converting all the awesomeness into written word.
So I decided to start my own video blog and that was the beginning of a whole new life. Since then I’ve been living, loving and learning a whole lot from this wild leap into online incomes, network marketing, multi-stream passive earnings and crypto-currencies. The internet has completely transformed my life over the past few years and even though my YouTube channels have been blocked, suspended and even deleted twice. This has only helped me grow a desire to create even more content with ever more purpose and passion.
I’m still steadily making vlogs about life and sharing my perspectives and world views. I also do a weekly podcast on Monday nights at 9pm pst on YouNow. We get into completely random topics with a bunch of people who wanna ask, discuss and debate all kinds of things. Weirdly it’s become something I actually enjoy and it gives me some interesting content to post on my blog Kenicamz.com
I feel Steemit has arrived at the perfect time and will help me face up to my own lack of commitment to written creativity. I can't expect to grow without working out my weaknesses right? I have plenty of conversations that viewers want to expand on from the never ending comments section. While some ideas are more complex and do require more depth, my vlog keeps marching on. So I think Steemit is a good place for these conversations. Writing has always been challenging for me because I so easily get stuck in this loop of rewording and self-editing. One word forward, two words back.
So let's see if the idea of getting paid is enough to keep my creative juices flowing lol! Who knows if this will be the platform for me, we’ll just have to see along the way.. Steem On!
