Hello beautiful Steemians, it's with great gladness I celebrate my eventual admission into this wonderful global community. I'm Kingsley IK, from Nigeria, and go by the username 
I'm a teacher, music lover, life, youth and education coach, poet, life enthusiast, love campaigner, nature freak, who loves the gentle touch of nature's breeze, while viewing the green grasses and vegetation that rock the very core of my soul.
I have been a teacher all my life, but decided to go into life coaching so my positive reach will go beyond the borders of the classroom. Consequently, I have had clients who come to talk about everything ranging from dealing with emotion surges, love crises, personal development to working on ethics, discipline and overall life's virtues. I've had the opportunity to to talk at seminars and conferences organized for teachers and folks from other walks of life.
This means I am no longer tied to any school which gives me the opportunity to move from school to school talking to kids on personal development, self-esteem and worth, ethics and discipline, skills development and many more.
I started an initiative, 'Attitude Readjustment Programme' ARP, which is the banner used to reach schools while we aim at impacting the kids. What we do is entirely FREE, while we also give out books and charts to kids to help them along the line of what they have been taught.
It's been challenging, with different reactions from different schools, but every day, we find new reasons to pick up, look up and keep striving.
Impacting the younger generation interests me beyond words can explain.
I always put myself in their shoes, one wrong decision or mindset at the nascent stage of their lives can ruin everything, which almost happened to me, so as a result, I try to reach out to these kinds, help them rearrange the misplaced puzzles in their minds and make the right connections for them to grow into positive men and women.
And of cause at leisure, I enjoy playing games, watching nature, traveling, reading and sharing time with my sweetheart.
My journey to Steemit was long, tiring, discouraging, bumpy, rough, painstaking and at the same time, magical, worthwhile, rewarding, enjoyable and successful.
I was introduced to Steemit by 
I'm happy I finally made it through. The whole process strengthened my resilience, surged my faith metres and deepened my anchor of hope. It revealed another aspect of life entirely and I can say I learnt alot.
The Steem community is one where young and talented people can grow and this interests me a lot, because the 'world is often unkind to new talents, the new needs friends'- (Anton Ego, Ratatouille). So a platform like this that allows people to put on their creativity cap makes a world of sense to me.
As a teacher, life, youth and education coach, nature freak, life enthusiast, love campaigner, music lover, poet, my posts will revolve round these areas. I also admire people who made it in life "in spite of" their challenges and difficulties. I've been able to identify some and will post their stories as well as my MMMVP(Monday Motivation Most Valuable Personality), this will feature every Monday, there'll be motivational videos, picture stories, education posts, news from my ARP visits to schools, quotes, stories and everything that will motivate and inspire.
My few days on the platform have been worth it and I hope to keep the enthusiasm high.
