Hmm.....steemit.com is actually a new platform and i'm psyched to be here. but there's still a lot to understand and i hope to contribute to this community as much as i can.
i am called mie-mie by friends and family. this is a name i got around 2013 simply because i love to mingle with people. i never love being alone so i guess loneliness is my phobia. i am African-american born in South Africa. although I've lived most of my life in china. currently based in Dublin. got here a few months ago. still trying to adjust to the new environment and amazingly new food.
this might come as a shock to all but mie-mie is actually a shy person. being do a lot to kill that side of me. I've been told that its too much and it might be a factor for people not to take me serious. i love being around people but i don't do any talking in such gatherings. i'm kind of a junk food person (not a junkie) because i love burgers, hot-dogs and the sort.
i learn that avatars can actually be used on steemit so i'd prefer using them. this is my favorite avatar so this is what i'll always use from now on. my hobbies are: swimming, dancing, but i don't sing because i cant even project vocally. the shyness is actually in my voice. i just hope i'd get over it with time. i'm also a religious person although i haven't gone to church in years. its due to some hindering factors. i just discovered a new community here on steemit and i hope i'd be accepted and learn a lot. that's koh-mie for you........
