Hey there everyone! Id like to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm just a normal guy. I'm a father, a student, and a veteran. I was a combat Medic in the army, and when I got out I became a carpenter. I had my daughter and then two sons afterwards. All of them are about 2 years apart or so. Eventually, I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, and with the previous diagnosis of PTSD, this took being a carpenter out of the equation. In fact, now I am considered disabled. I am not the type of person to be told I cant do something, so I made a huge leap of faith. I decided to go back to school. I went to Community College and got my associate in science of biology. Now I am dual majoring in biology and chemistry at UMKC. Some of the things that keep me busy are trading cryptocurrencies, gardening, and other scientifically related activities. I enjoy helping other people, which is why I joined steemit. It seems like a community that I can really gain something from, as well as provide insight and help for other people. I'd like to make vlogs, blogs, and videos about various interests of mine as well as get my story out and see who I can get to hear it.
