Hello! I’m Kshitij, very excited to be here. I got to know about steemit from a youtube video and found this place pretty interesting. It's quite fascinating how this thing works. I am a Mariner by profession and stay away from my home for like half the year. It gets pretty tough out at sea sometimes but that doesn’t stop me from loving the oceans.
I travel a lot and would love to share my voyages with people out here. Hope people find it interesting to see what I get to experience out at sea. I got to know about Blockchain and Bitcoin four years back but I was quite skeptical about it back then but now I regret missing a great opportunity. I would have been quite rich by now but what chance do I stand against kismet!
I went on a trek in the Himalayas a few days back and had a wonderful experience! It’s a relatively unknown trek called Har ki Doon meaning valley of flowers but I didn’t get to see much flowers since I went in an offseason in winters! It goes through a wildlife sanctuary so if you’re going there then I would advise hiring a local guide. Villagers are very kind and helpful. Here are a few pictures.
