Hi I'm lanmower, what is a lanmower? a lanmower is a mower, that mows lans.
in more ways than one, I am the most active developer on this chain, I live in a communal decentralized organization online called entrypoint, we have been promoting hive and committing to a long-term onboarding process for new users over the past few years
if you're looking at my account you may notice that I'm being downvoted by and
The reason for it is that the whale users who are keeping a strangle hold on hive, like hyaenas on a carcass, wish to extract whatever value there is left on hive so that they can exit scam.
The proof, of course is in the immutable numbers on the blockchain, please have a look for yourself at their accounts, my account, my history, the history of the projects I run, the track record thereof and how many people have been helped by my active development for hive.
I was also the person who wrote the first layered token examples for this chain, the reason why I abandoned the project was, which was later copied by other popular projects, such as hive-engine, our community abandoned the project in search of more ethical solutions, but our examples got picked up by other users on hive, first a user who implemented a quasi-chain that was referenced over ipfs, and then the ssc project was later created that first used a cheap and dirty database, and later got ported to mongodb
Funny story about hive engine, they advertise it as decentralized, but did you know that its a centralized exchange? It's an interesting thing because the people who designed it knew that they could advocate for additional tokens to get opened up on the blockchain itself, allowing people to have real decentralized freedom, but instead made a centralized exchange out of some (very amateurish) javascript bots.
The house of cards we're all riding is shaking at its foundation, and everybodies change is landing in the custodians of the centralized bot that is holding your money, for real.
It's interesting then to know that the same people who chose to willingly demote my activity, on the premise that I work to advocate for respecting the original whitepaper that our communities were built on. That's right, I get downvoted for my beliefs, and for trying to help minnows grow.
That's ok though, because I do not fear censorship from the people who are trying to kill the blockchain for their own profit, the people who are actively farming over 99% of the voting pool for their own profit and the profit of their friends, provably, immutably, on record, they are supressing people who help minnows for their beliefs.
One such sad sad example is , this user is part of the group of school of minnows because the community supports him and he helps their posts too, he's not very computer savvy and has a mental disability, making his life on the blockchain a miracle of technology and human evolution, is being suppressed by evil communities who want to kill all the smaller communities and prevent them from growing, their reasoning? that the minnows that are members of school of minnows are supporting each other.
Karoophotos needed a place to store his photos, he's quite an excellent photographer, and got himself a fancy camera after years of saving for it, check here's one of his photos
This is the sad state of the #hive blockchain today, but you know, it's not a new stuation for hive, these same users have actually been pillaging and defrauding the hard work of generous bloggers since before hive, they have been farming the chain, abusing ninja-mined tokens and defrauding people with paid-upvote scam rings to build an extreme vast-majority share on hive.
