Introduction

Hello everyone, I am Anita Moses (Most people just call me Nita though). I am a 400 level student Biochemistry at Oduduwa University, Ile-ife, Osun, Nigeria. I enjoy acting and I act for the school's drama troupe. I am in my early 20s. I was born in Lagos, Nigeria and I always go back home at every slight chance I get.

Interests

I enjoy singing, dancing, reading books (as long as they don't concern my school work), watching movies(not all those love stories though, I think they are so boring"). I also enjoy good works of art, although, I can't produce any piece of art, if my life depended on it. I totally worship chocolates and I've been known to spend all of my allowances on chocolate(I've grown beyond that now).
I forgot to mention I have a weird adoration for dogs. I guess only Hive account@illuminatus and I picked up that trait (probably the reason why we are so close). However, we both never had any little doggies while growing up because our respective parents despised them. I remember crying alongside Hive account@illuminatus, when someone offered him a cute little puppy and he had to reject it. It was totally depressing.

How I found out about Steemit

I have been complaining about my cousin, Hive account@illuminatus's recently deteriorating social life. Whenever I visit him at his apartment, he hardly speaks to me. He just has this "I'm not in this world" look on his face, while working on his laptop for a long period of time.
We used to spend several long hours together, watching movies. But these days, I am lucky is he can sit through thirty minutes of a movie, without dozing off or going back to his "baby"(his laptop). I confronted him about this situation and he eventually told me about Steemit. He asked me if I had ever gotten any money from all my time on Facebook or Instagram and I replied, "No". He then introduced me to Steemit, telling me about how I can make money by writing articles here, instead of wasting money, purchasing data and wasting it all on things that won't pay me in return. He said that if I wanted to chat or just look at pictures, I could also do that. To give a summary of the whole story, I'm finally here.
