Don't worry about writing perfectly, the beauty of Hive is that here we are all appreciated for being ourselves! We can all be teachers to others, as we each have different experiences and worldviews. It will be great to read yours. I'm sure your dedication to customer service has given you thousands of anecdotes and lessons learned. It's not an easy job, so you must have good qualities.
