Introducing Myself

Hello to all,

As my username says, my name is Marius Voicu.

I am a seasoned product development leader with over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Most recently, I served as a Senior Director of Product Development at Infineon Technologies, where I successfully led cross-functional teams in the creation of state-of-the-art embedded security integrated circuits (ICs).

Throughout my career, I have transitioned from embedded software engineering roles to senior leadership positions, managing diverse teams of engineers and project managers.

I hold an engineering degree from Politehnica University of Bucharest, and I'm advocating for the use of technology for a brighter future for the human race. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture that drives business success through effective talent development and meaningful partnerships with universities and industry institutions.

I have a proven track record in the development cycle of hardware security solutions and have played an important role in enhancing organizational identity and employee engagement. I am dedicated to nurturing talent, mentoring future leaders, and promoting continuous improvement in both technical and operational excellence.

I'm not new to the HIVE ecosystem, but I decided to make myself an official page where I want to write thoughts and ideas about the topics that interest me the most. Perhaps others can find good use for my ideas.
