This is my introductory post.
I am a South African student currently pursuing a master's degree in pharmaceutics. I also have many other interests and hobbies, including firearms and outdoors-related topics as well as fiction writing.
In terms of firearms, I am a sport shooter and participate in International defensive pistol association (IDPA), locally known as SADPA (South African defensive pistol association). I really enjoy pistol shooting and will share my sport shooting experiences here. I am not a very experienced shooter, yet, however and hope to classify higher than novice soon as I improve.
I am also interested in the history and development related to firearms. Some of the most interesting engineering and innovation can be found in the history of firearms development.
I also write fiction as a hobby and am currently working on a series of stories which will be compiled in the form of an omnibus. I will consider sharing more details related to that as well.
I am very excited about writing on Steemit and maybe even posting videos on Dtube. It is a breath of fresh air in social media and blogging to have a platform for users by users.
