I am not so successful on steemit but I am not sad but rather I am happy that I havr been able to make friends . Interact with them ,take part in contests, win sometimes I am really happy about that.😊
I dont think my #introduce yourself post touched every part of the viewers desires or not but I think introduce yourself is the most talked tag in the steemit .through it you can make friends who can help you run in upcoming days, give you accompany and makes sure about the company .
A months ago I joined steemit .I used to post almost twice a day . I was influenced hugely by steemit . But before that one of my friend 
Speaking the truth , I learned everything written on the faq one by one. And then after a week my account got verified . I didn't know how to put tag , so I failed on that I could not attract the sufficient viewers that was a big failure for me .
But I didnt give up I tried and tried and hopefully I became able to some extent to get 1$ on one post .and today also I am not loosing my hopes I am trying to make my post rather qualitative that quantitative . I prefer more to write on different tags every day and I think ,for next couple of months its my trial to the success .
I will work hard and sucess will obviously come in my path so that I can embrace it .
There is a proverb that 'work hard in autumn and wait the result that the summer may bring .
I am not frustrated , rather I am hopeful that one day ,the readers will get to my struggles, my kind of creativity , my relations to the stemmit community and help me to make a successful individual on steemit it will be like a dream come true for me 😍
