practically blockchain technology cannot survive within the current finical regulatory system .
institutes that are already licenced might not want nor corporate the companies that use blockchain technology because they have already licencees to conduct their business .
such a company would not bother to enter any partisanship thats does not benefit to a great deal if blockchain companies don,t get licenses they will not have to permission to promote mass adaptation
