Full-time travel has been a life-long dream (and I hope Steemit will help me achieve it!) In just a couple short weeks I’ll be embarking on my very first overseas trip to Victoria, Australia! This will be one of many excursions. I’ll be documenting my travels on Steemit to keep you updated, and hopefully give you ideas on what to do if you visit Australia. I’m a biomechanics fanatic and am in love with marital arts. After struggling with finding answers to a rib injury that knocked me out of jiu jitsu for a year I’m committed to providing exercises and tips that will help martial artists either prevent injuries or recover faster. There are very few detailed answers out there on the internet for injury prevention/healing that are specific to the arts. I hope I can show you a clearer path towards getting back on the mat, so if you have any questions about your own injuries/concerns please let me know! I love a good challenge. :)
