I spend every day trying to be better - at what I do, and simply at being a good human! I have a fun and interesting life, which I am eternally grateful for. One night you might find me topless and bodypainted in a niteclub surrounded by dancers, the next night I'll be dressed up in a tuxedo with the symphony orchestra ... waiting for 40 minutes to strike a triangle :-)
I'm frontman of Celtic Percussion act EXTREME RHYTHM, which is so much fun, and unbelievably rewarding, I get to travel all over the world and meet so many amazing people from all walks of life!
